Thank you for your interest in our box scheme! Here are some FAQ’s and a little
bit about how it works…


Once-Off Orders

You may choose to place a once-off order through our website, and to do this you can simply order the exact items you want, or choose one of our Once Off Veg Boxes (A box we put together for you).

If you choose a veg box you can let us know your likes/dislikes/allergies/preferences in the space provided when ordering.

Subscription Box- Weekly/ Bi-weekly

You may choose to sign up for an ongoing subscription box, either weekly or bi-weekly. If you wish to do this, please add one of our subscription boxes to your cart and complete checkout. You will be charged for the first weeks box. Once you have paid for the first week, we will contact you with a request to set up a direct debit either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, in order to subscribe to the box scheme.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you MUST give us at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or make any requests for the contents of your box. Any boxes cancelled within 48hrs of delivery MUST be paid for.

What do I get in my Veg Box?

In your box, you will get the best selection of chemical-free fruit & veg delivered straight to your door. We try and offer local produce as much as we possibly can. Some of the produce you will receive in your boxes are grown here on our small market garden in Kinsale, As well as produce sourced from other local Cork or Irish growers. Where local or Irish produce is not available, or is simply impossible for us to source, we have to supplement what we can source by importing what we can’t. This depends very much on the season, and what’s available locally at the time of year.

Our aim is to eventually expand our local production, so please be aware that by supporting us, you are helping us to get better prepared to produce more local food for the community!

At the moment we offer a 100% Irish boxes from July to March. But please note that come winter variety is limited. This dwindles further as the winter progresses into the hungry gap from March to June where it is usually not possible for us to source enough local and Irish products to provide an Irish box, until the harvest season is upon us once again in July!

How much does it cost?

Our once off and subscription veg boxes start at €25, and then go up in €5 increments, with approx 2 items being added for every €5. If you order your own items online, rather than one of our boxes, you can order any amount you choose.

Is there a delivery charge?

The minimum order for free delivery is €40 for online orders, or €35 if you subscribe to a regular delivery.

Orders below €40 will be charged €5 delivery fee (or €4 for orders below €35 if you are a subscriber).

Delivery Days and Cut Off Points for Ordering

Our Webshop is open fro orders from Thursday 8am till Sunday 8pm. Please order no later than SUNDAY 8PM!


Cork City and surrounding areas, Belgooly, Riverstick, Ballygarvan, Passage West, Middleton, Cobh etc.


Kinsale, Clonakilty, Ballinspittle, Sandycove, Garretstown, Bandon, Innishannon, Harbour View, Howe Strand, Kilbrittain, Eniskeane

Please simply input your location in the pop-up box on the shop, and you will see your delivery day.

I won’t be home to receive my order…

If you will not be at home to receive your order, then please let us know a safe (and cool/shady) place to leave the box.

For example, in your shed, with a neighbor or in your porch.

If you would like to request the box to be left outside in the garden, please provide a storage container, and we will transfer the veg into this.

Do you collect/ re-use my empty box from the week before?

Please be sure to leave your empty box or storage container out for us and we will transfer your fresh delivery into this.


Payment must be made online through our website when ordering. Or by direct debit as a subscriber.

It is also possible for you to pay by bank transfer prior to ordering.
In this case please ask for our bank details!

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your box, or you would like to make requests for specific items to be included/excluded, we require 48 hours notice!

Any boxes cancelled after 48 hours prior to delivery must be payed for!

Quality Guarantee

Our aim is always to provide our customers with the tastiest and highest quality of produce, but if you are ever unhappy with what you receive, or your box is missing any items, please do let us know straight away and that product will be refunded or replaced!
