Thank you for your interest in our box scheme! Here are some FAQ’s and a little

bit about how it works…


TIP for a quicker shopping experience: After adding a product to the cart, it is best to click the back button on your browser, rather than the 'continue shopping' button, otherwise it will take you back to the very first product page, rather than the last page you were on.

TIP for better delivery service: When ordering, please provide us with your phone no. in the optional phone no field at the checkout. This will enable us to contact you during delivery if we cannot find you!


Once-Off Orders

You may choose to place a once-off order through our website, and to do this you can simply order the exact items you want, or choose one of our Veg Boxes (A box we put together for you).

 If you choose a veg box you can let us know your likes/dislikes/allergies/preferences in the space provided when ordering.

Subscription Box- Weekly/ Bi-weekly

You may choose to sign up for an ongoing subscription box, either weekly or bi-weekly. If you wish to do this, please add one of our subscription boxes to your cart and complete checkout. You will be charged for the first weeks box. Once you have paid for the first week, we will contact you with a request to set up a direct debit either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, in order to subscribe to the box scheme. 

 You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you MUST give us at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or make any requests

for the contents of your box. Any boxes cancelled within 48hrs of delivery MUST be paid for. 

What do I get in my Veg Box?

In your box, you will get the best selection of chemical-free fruit & veg delivered straight to your door. We try and offer local produce as much as we possibly can. Some of the produce you will receive in your box is grown here on our small market garden in Kinsale, As well as produce sourced from other local Cork or Irish growers. Where local or Irish produce is not available, or is simply impossible for us to source, we have to supplement what we can source by importing what we can't. This depends very much on the season, and what’s available locally at the time of year. 

Our aim is to eventually expand our local production, so please be aware that by supporting us, you are helping us to get better prepared to produce more local food for the community!

At the moment we offer a 100% Irish box

*But please note that come winter variety is limited. This will dwindle further as the winter progresses and come early spring it may not be possible for us to source enough local and Irish products to provide an Irish box until the growing season is upon us once again!

How much does it cost?

The minimum order for free delivery is generally €25. A €25 box contains approx 9-10 items and should feed 2 people for the week*. 

The boxes then go up in €5 increments, with approx

2 items being added for every €5. 

A €35 box should feed 3-5 people for the week**.

* If you are living in the Kinsale area and are ordering an ongoing subscription box, then you may order a €20 box as a minimum for free delivery. IF this is the case, ask us for our discount code!

**Depending on how much fruit & veg you like to eat!

Is there a delivery charge?

No, there is no delivery charge as long as you meet our €25 minimum order, or €20 if you are ordering an ongoing subscription box and are based in Kinsale or the surrounding areas (Belgooly/ Riverstick/ Ballinspittle/ Garretstown/ Inishannon). 

PLEASE NOTE: If you order less than €25

on our website you will be charged €5 delivery.

I won't be home to receive my order...


If you will not be at home to receive your order, then please let us know a safe (and cool/shady) place to leave the box. 

For example, in your shed, with a neighbour or in your


If you would like to request the box to be left outside in the garden, please provide a storage container, and we will transfer the veg into this. 

Do you collect/ re-use my empty box from the week before?

YES! Please hold on to your box for us to collect and re-use, as long as it is clean and not damaged. 

We cannot re-use weak/ torn/ damaged/ dirty boxes.


Payment must be made online through our website when ordering. 

It is also possible for you to pay by bank transfer prior to ordering. 

In this case please ask for our bank details!

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your box, or you would like to make requests for specific items to be included/excluded, we require 48 hours notice! 

Any boxes cancelled after 48

hours prior to delivery must be payed for!

Quality Guarantee

Our aim is always to provide our customers with the tastiest and highest quality of produce, but if you are ever unhappy with what you receive, or your box is missing any items, please do let us know straight away and that product will be refunded or replaced!
